1. Submissions will only be accepted by email to [email protected] in .jpg or .mov format. All submissions become property of EroticDisco.com and will be posted to the EroticDisco.com website upon the discretion of the sites editorial staff.
2. All subjects must be over the age of 18 years old. All submissions must be accompanied by proof of legal age (copy of birth certificate, drivers license, passport).
3. Once any submission is posted to the site, EroticDisco is under no obligation to take down the content. However, in the event a parent, guardian or law enforcement has presented a statement of evidence the subject is under the age of 18 years old, we will gladly remove the content from our site and servers.
4. Unfortunately, we cannot control the secondary distribution of photo or video content on the Internet. Once it has been posted, it is in the public domain and can be copied and distributed freely by individuals with their own self-interests. EroticDisco.com makes no representation, claim or warranty that a subjects photos may be copied and distributed over the Internet. However, we will make every effort to watermark all photos in order to be able to track them in an online search and issue take down notices if the situation warrants.
5. Absolutely no nudity. EroticDisco.com is proud of its upscale reputation as the world’s leading brand for the elegant and sensual side of DJ culture. What does this mean in terms you can understand. First, no g-strings and no tops that show less than 3/4 of a female subjects breast. Nipple area must be covered at all times.
6. No adult photos. If the photo or video can be mistaken as porn, then that means we’ll never show it. The purpose of this site is clean, but sensual.
